by ANDY JOHNSTONE I got myself professionally suited to a set of clubs at my local pro shop. Clubs in my price range got whittled down to these and the Taylormade Burner plus. The VR gave me less backspin and as i hit them high anyway this was the pro\'s best choice for me. The TM burners gave me a straighter shot (Im a 9 handicapper) but I felt that thats all they could do. These clubs felt beautiful in the hand and the weighting seemed perfect ( with a stiff steel shaft ) the head being full cavity feels just like a blade and you get the feeling that you can go from a full blown to delicate shot with ease. They make you feel like you can work the ball to do what you want without having the clunkiness of most improvement irons. I have a grip problem whereas i can only grip with 2 fingers, the nike grip doesnt feel tacky enough but this is easily remedied. In all its a lovely club, it doesnt feel like a shovel it looks great at address and you can work it to work for you. I was after semi cavity or blades and it was only after i actually looked at it that i realised that it was a full cavity. What more could you wish for, looks like a blade whilst addressing feels like a blade and has the forgiveness of full cavity , heres to getting below 5. "
