We've got SUMO technology in the bag. Again. Whether you're trying to reach a par five in two or you need a pinpoint drop on the short stuff of a par three, the high MOI delivered by the SQ SUMO hybrid belongs in the arsenal of those searching for accuracy in a workable player's club.
SQ SUMO Hybrid Geometry:
Developed with feedback from our tour staff, the SQ SUMO hybrid utilizes a compact head design with minimal offset to offer the benefits of a high MOI hybrid yet retain the ability to shape shots.
Variable Cryo Steel Face:
The lightweight face is thicker in the middle and progressively thinner at the edges, resulting in a more consistent ball speed, maximum distance and increased forgiveness across the clubface.
Nike PowerBow Weighting:
The SQ SUMO Hybrid club's Nike PowerBow design positions the CG (Center of Gravity) way back to increase the MOI and create a more stable hybrid at impact.

Nike Golf SQ Sumo Hybrid Steel user reviews

"Recently returned from Florida. Played 8 rounds in 6 days. Had just purchased your #3 square hybrid club just two days before the trip!! It quickly became my favorite club in my bag. Shaft seems a little shorter than the Rescue club I was playing. Very easy to get airborne and it was great out of the rough also!! You have winner in this square design!!!!"

" just picked up a 2-iron Nike Sumo Hybrid. I haven't played a round yet with it, but after hitting 15-20 balls on the range, this club is rock solid. I have a Hogan CFT 3 hybrid and I am considering replacing it with the Nike. The sound is definitely more "pingy" but the feel is sweet. Not to mention that the ball just flew, I think I'm pulling my 3 wood to sacrifice 10 yards for accuracy. I was hitting about 230 with this club. "

"Finally caved and got one with a stiff steel shaft - Ebay 95.00 delivered. I've thrown away my 3 iron forever. Not very workable but a slight draw or fade is still possible but this club is MUCH easier to make contact with than with my RIP 3 iron. Gives the ball a really high trajectory and still hops and stops if you hit down cleanly. I used to pure my 3 iron about 210 and I get about the same with this. I'll even leave my 4 iron in the bag and choke down a bit with this. Swallow your pride and get a hybrid...unless you're a pro and really need to work your long irons. I hear the square shaped one helps with alignment and is a little more forgiving. You may have to get used to the strange sound it makes when you hit but you'll get over that real fast when you see your ball take off.
